Hello from Patrick and Phyllis Petree! My wife and I represent a few selected beautiful condos in Myrtle Beach as well as our own unit (DD-12) located at the famous Ocean Creek Plantation Resort, 10600 North Kings Highway. They are within walking distance of Barefoot Landing, The House of Blues and The Alabama Theatre. There are literally over a hundred shops and dozens of restaurants within walking distance. That is not to mention all of the amenities within the 57 acre resort itself. We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the main season and by the month in the winter. The rental price includes local phone, cable, utilities, wireless Internet, departure cleaning and linens. All of the units have their own washer and dryers and at least 2 bathrooms.

The procedure for renting is simple. Just let me know via phone or e-mail which week or month you would like to rent. I will e-mail or mail you a reservation request form. Just print, sign and return the reservation request form with $200 ( a personal check is O.K.) to reserve your dates. Please do not use certified mail, this will only delay the process. You will need to send the balance including 11% for state and local taxes in the form of a cashier’s check for the condo, plus a personal check for $300 security ( I return your $300 check uncashed if there are no damages and after my key is returned ) four weeks in advance of your arrival. At that point I will send you the key to the unit, two parking permits and directions using U.S. Mail. Whenever you get there, place the parking pass on your mirror and the guard will admit you to the grounds. Then you will be free to drive to the North Tower, South Tower or The Greens Lodges and go to your unit at your leisure. There are two sets of keys on the refrigerator inside the condo as well. We have a maintenance supervisor in Myrtle Beach who takes care of the condo for us so if you needed something fixed you will be able to get help immediately by calling locally. Their name and number will be provided to you when you receive your keys..
