This home is an end unit, allowing an opportunity to take advantage of a lot of sunlight through the many windows including the large picture window in the living room. This is one of the many special features which set this unit apart from most of the other Greens units.   Across from the kitchen and off the main hall are a washer and dryer for your convenience. Towards the front door and to the right is a lovely half bath. The same good taste and beautiful decorating continues as you make your way up stares to the two bedrooms. Both have televisions and beautiful lighting. The master has a queen bed and a very large and gorgeous, double vanity private bath. There is another full bathroom off the hall as you make your way to the guest bedroom which features two single beds. Every room through out this unit features brand new plush carpeting except the tiled entry foyer, main hall and kitchen.

The living room includes very comfortable new furniture which has seating for five, including another double sleeper sofa (or eight if using the extended sun room). A large 42” LCD TV is mounted on the wall above the corner fireplace. Of course there is a DVD player for your use on the shelving to the right of the TV.

A dining area is just off the living room and a well equipped full kitchen is just beyond that.

This sunroom opens to a beautiful and private back courtyard with outdoor grill and ample seating. The brick work which covers most of the back yard ground provides for a dry and lovely outdoor experience.
