If you would like to book a week at this unit here is the procedure.  Please keep in mind that we only book full weeks Sat. to Sat.

1. Make sure that the unit is available for the time that you are interested in by clicking on the availability calendar for the unit you want to rent.  I do keep this calendar up to date.
2. Notify me by filling out the below contact form or toll free # 888-242-9000 of the unit number, the week that you would like to book, your complete mailing address, e-mail address and phone numbers.
3. I will block the time for you and e-mail you a cover letter with a Reservation Request Form attachment.  
4. After you receive this please print, sign and mail the attached reservation form with $200 (a personal check is O.K.) to reserve your week. My mailing address is on the form along with the information on how the check should be made out.  Please do not use certified mail, this will only delay the process.
5. I will notify you via e-mail 30 days prior to your vacation that your balance is due.  At that time you will need to send the balance of the rent (including state and local taxes of 11%) in the form of a cashier’s check for the condo, plus a personal check for $300 security (I return your $300 check un-cashed if there are no damages and after my key is returned).
6. After I receive the balance I will send you the key, 2 parking passes to the unit, and directions using U.S. Mail.  Whenever you get there, place your parking pass on the review mirror and the security guard will admit you to the grounds.  Then you will be free to drive to either of the Towers or the Greens at your leisure.  There are two sets of keys on the refrigerator inside the condo as well.
