The large open partition above the kitchen sink allows for easy serving access to the dining area, as well as a view of the ocean while you cook or wash dishes if you dare. As you would expect the kitchen is well equipped with all of the modern conveniences.

Comfortable seating for 6 is tastefully arranged for ocean/beach viewing past the very large corner, front balcony as well as easy viewing of the living room's television console area.

The master bedroom also has a TV, private bath, walk in closet, private front balcony and access to one of the few private open deck areas that only a small minority of lucky guests or owners ever get to see.

The guest bedroom off the living room has a double bed, TV, separate balcony entrance and a gorgeous ocean view.

This deck is unbelievable and so is the almost 360 degree view. From the Ocean to the pools to the woods of Ocean Creek to the marsh at Briarcliff, you see it all around you. The deck is 30' X 50' and is boarded for sure footed comfort. Dine outside on the table provided or sunbathe in the chase lounges or simply gaze and take it all in.
